Our History
Remington Estate Home Owners Association Tuscola, Texas, Inc., DBA Remington Estates HOA, is a domestic nonprofit 501(c)(4) tax exempt organization.
The plat that laid out the lots on Remington Road was filed with Taylor County in the summer of 2003. Since then, the Remington Estates subdivision has been built to include Remington Rd, Browning Rd, Ruger St, Derringer St, Winchester St, Magnum St, Springfield St, and Weatherby St. Our latest and final street addition is Gatling St.
Our HOA Membership Total
The Remington Estates HOA has a total membership of 159 lots. All lots within our membership are privately owned by either homeowners or builders.
